Nature and Bird Walks
If you love birds, you love nature, you love exercise and you love the Bent, come experience a Nature, and Bird Walk with our staff! We will take an easy to moderate hike on the Bent's trails, keeping our eyes peeled for birds, plants, and other wildlife.
$10.00 per person
These are offered on 2/2, 3/1, and 4/5.
Slow Birding
Join us in our front meadow on our All Access Trail and Viewing Platform for some Slow Birding. Slow Birding explores a fresh approach to observing birds focused on re-awakening & fine-tuning your innate birding skills while at the same time creating a deeper connection to yourself and the place you live. All levels of birding are welcome.
$10.00 per person
These are offered 2/9, 3/8, and 4/12
Bird Sit
Enjoy a Bird Sit on our birding balcony with our staff. A bird sit is like an outdoor meditation with a focus on birds. Bird Sits provide similar benefits to mindfulness practices, including relaxation and a quiet mind. They also cultivate a deeper bond with the birds around us and reveal the birds' secret languages.
$10.00 per person
These are offered 2/16, 3/15, and 4/19
Facebook Live Hike
Watch Robin, our Center Manager, on Facebook Live as she explores birds and nature on our trails. This event is accessible and free to everyone from the comfort of their own homes.
Available on 2/23, 3/22, and 4/26
