Audubon Greenwich serves Greenwich and part of Stamford. This Chapter of the National Audubon Society merged with the Greenwich Audubon Center in 1999.

Housatonic Audubon Society (HAS) serves the towns of Canaan, Cornwall, Falls Village, Kent, Lakeville, Salisbury, and Sharon in Connecticut, and Amenia, Dover Plains, Millbrook, Millerton, and Pine Plains in New York.

Litchfield Hills Audubon Society (LHAS) serves 16 of the 26 towns in Litchfield County. The Chapter operates the 14-acre Kalmia Sanctuary in Harwinton and the 102-acre Boyd Woods Sanctuary in Litchfield.

Mattabeseck Audubon Society (MAS) serves Middletown, Portland, Marlborough, Colchester, Hebron, Middlefield, Durham, Cromwell, Higganum, Haddam, East Haddam, East Hampton. The Mattabesek Chapter operates the 19-acre Helen Carlson Sanctuary in Portland.

Menunkatuck Audubon serves the towns of Madison, Guilford, Branford, East Haven, New Haven, and West Haven.

Naugatuck Valley Audubon Society (NVAS) serves the towns of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethany, Derby, Monroe, Naugatuck, Orange, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton, and Woodbridge.

New Canaan Audubon Society serves parts of Stamford, New Canaan, Ridgefield, and Wilton. The Chapter operates a number of sanctuaries.

Potapaug Audubon Society serves 14 communities in the Lower Connecticut River area.

Quinnipiac Valley Audubon Society serves 7 towns, including Meriden, Wallingford, Cheshire, Hamden, North Haven, North Branford and Northford.
